The whole runsheet travels inside the link β€” no account needed. Recipients see a read-only copy (a snapshot of this moment; re-share after changes).

How to use Rundown Master.

One runsheet per program. One asset library per event. One source of truth on event day.

1 Β· The time chain

Block rows (dark) are the backbone: give each one an anchor time (e.g. 18:30) and every cue below starts automatically when the previous one ends. Change any duration β€” everything downstream recalculates. No formulas to break.

Need a cue to start at a fixed time? Type the time into its Start cell (shown in gold). Double-click the start to release it back to the automatic chain. Durations show as mm:ss β€” type 5 for 5 minutes, 0:30 for 30 seconds, 5:30 for 5 min 30 s.

The app flags timing problems without blocking you: gaps and overlaps get a tag in the Start column, and the toolbar counts them. The ⚠ Missing info button filters to cues that still lack text, duration, owner, column content or a decided status β€” run it the week before the event.

2 Β· Building the rundown

Drag rows by the β Ώ handle to reorder β€” times recalculate instantly. Duplicate rows or whole runsheets with ⧉. Add columns (+ Column) for whatever your production needs: screens, lighting, mics, comms pushes.

3 Β· Assets

The πŸ—‚ Assets tab is the single list of every PPT, video, song and image in your event. Paste a whole list at once (πŸ“‹ Paste list). Attach assets to a cue with πŸ“Ž, or hover any column cell and pick an asset straight into it β€” the library always shows where each asset is used and what's still missing.

4 Β· Working with your team

Role view filters the runsheet to one owner β€” print just the catering cues or just the stage manager's. – PDF prints A3 landscape, ready for the production desk. πŸ”— Share creates view-only web links for approvals or technical teams β€” including a direct Show Mode link.

5 Β· Show mode β€” event day

β–Ά Show Mode gives the full-screen live view: current cue highlighted with a countdown, next cues below. Running late? Hit +1 min and the whole remaining schedule shifts β€” the classic Excel nightmare, solved. Toggle column chips to show exactly the info your desk needs.

6 Β· Saving

Everything saves automatically in this browser. πŸ—‚ My events holds all your event projects. Use Save file / Open file for backups or moving between computers.
